Amazon continued to make news in 2022. It is no surprise that the Delaware Business Now story with the most page views in 2022 was the sale of Amazon’s Middletown site.

The online and computer services giant leases space with the original developer selling sites to institutional investors.

Coming in second was an unusual snow event that blanketed portions of southern Delaware but left lesser accumulations to the north.

The comings and goings of President Joe Biden accounted for a few of the top 20 stories, with an update on the investigation of the president’s son, Hunter also making the list.

Rounding out the list was a story on a  turnaround at Concord Mall and a Claymont man convicted of embezzling funds from a national fraternity.
