An online auction is slated in August for an office building in Claymont.
The fully leased 76,331 square foot Brandywine Corporate Center is located at 650 Naamans Road. Tenants include fintech company SoFi.
The online auction will take place from Aug. 9 to 11, with an inspection of the property held this week. The starting bid is $3.5 million.
Newmark and 10-X are managing the auction.
