The new site features a clearer, more intuitive design and customer-focused navigation and content that guides users quickly to the products and services that will help them reach their financial goals.

“We continually strive to understand what’s important to customers and our employees, and an intuitive and improved online experience is important,” said Peter Eliopoulos, Chief Marketing Officer of M&T Bank. “M&T Bank’s improved website is the latest part of our continuing investment in technology that improves the customer experience. We have redesigned mtb.com from top to bottom and made it easy for you to find what you need.”

With clearer, consistent navigation across the site, customers can log in to online banking from any page within mtb.com and most other applications are just a click away. The site also features a new Help Center that provides multiple ways for customers to quickly get answers to their questions.

In addition, mtb.com instantly adapts for optimal display on desktop, mobile or tablet devices. The site automatically customizes information based on the location of the user and has improved search functionality for quick access to specific information.

The new website is one of several advancements to M&T’s digital services. In recent years, M&T has upgraded its mobile and online banking platforms, added Apple Pay and Android Pay and offered chip-enabled debit and credit cards.
