Price Automotive Group and Gillis Gilkerson Construction recently broke ground on the new Price Automotive Group, Price Premier Dealership, located on Route 24 near Rehoboth. Price of the project was not disclosed
The dealership will feature a 22,300-square-foot preowned automotive sales and service center to be shared by the Price Automotive Group’s Diamond Motorsports ATVs, motorcycles, and boat trailers.
The dealership will feature Route 24 frontage and is expected to open in late 2024.

Gillis Gilkerson, Salisbury, MD will be general contractor for the project. Architectural designs for the project were prepared by W. F. Horn Architect of Lewes, Delaware, and civil engineering services have been provided by Davis, Bowen & Friedel headquartered in Salisbury,
