CBRE announced three new lease transactions at Rockwood Office Park, a three-building complex on 17.76 acres in Wilmington.
John Kaczowka of CBRE led the leasing campaign at the Class A complex and represented the owner of the property, Colorado-based Real Capital Solutions, in negotiations.
Among the deals completed by CBRE were a 23,054 square foot new lease for SunnyMac Solar, a full-service, dealer that designs, engineers, installs and maintains photovoltaic solar systems throughout the Mid-Atlantic region; an 8,929 square-foot lease by the State of Delaware Department of Insurance; and a 7,785 square foot lease for an undisclosed tenant described as one of the world’s largest industrial companies.
Fully renovated in 2020, Rockwood Office Park is comprised of three buildings totaling 210,000 square feet each with park views. The complex has 759 parking spaces, voice and data communications provided by Verizon, Comcast and Cavalier services, newly upgraded elevators, fitness center, conference facilities, and a grab-and-go cafe.
The buildings feature two- and three-story atrium lobbies with glass curtain walls, offering attractive building signage opportunities. The office park facility has suites available from 2,000 square feet to 14,000 square feet.
