Morris James adds mergers & acquisitions practice with addition of Skadden attorneys

The law firm of Morris James has formed a new  Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice.

This comes as three corporate and M&A attorneys from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP joined the firm.

The new Corporate/M&A practice will be led by Partner Vince J. Cannizzaro, III.

Adding the capabilities of the Corporate/M&A practice to its existing practices, the firm is now fully equipped to address the many needs of corporate and alternative entity clients, a release stated.

Founded in 1931, Morris James is a full-service law firm in Delaware with experience in corporate law, litigation, and advisory services.

Morris James recently announced it will relocate to the office tower now under construction at Avenue North, the former AstraZeneca campus near Wilmington. The firm will continue to have an office in Wilmington.

Morris James has office in all three Delaware counties.
