North Wilmington-based Solenis aquires company based in Turkey

 Solenis closed on the acquisition of Neu Kimya Anonim Şirketi in late May.
Located in Istanbul, Turkey, Neu Kimya serves water treatment and oil and gas markets in Turkey, southeast Europe and the Middle East.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
