The State of Delaware Department of Finance is working with The Precisionists, Inc. (TPI), a Wilmington-based organization focused on employment for adults with disabilities.
The pilot program, about to celebrate its first anniversary, uses the talents of a team of autistic adults from TPI’s workforce to tackle business needs within the Department of Finance’s Division of Revenue (DOR).
The Precisionists, Inc. (TPI) is an information technology and business administration services company that employs people with disabilities utilizing best practices to deliver high performance to major companies. TPI has a goal of employing over 10,000 people with disabilities by the year 2025.
As the primary revenue collector for the state, the mission of the Division of Revenue administers tax laws.
