Delaware saw another six deaths and an additional 200 cases in the Saturday update from the Delaware Division of Public  Health.

The number of cases moved past the 2,500 mark.

Hospitalizations have fallen toward the 10 percent mark, reducing concerns that a surge in cases could overwhelm state hospitals.

However, Saturday saw two dozen more hospitalizations.

Now closely watched is Sussex County, which has seen an uptick in cases with emergency management officials keeping a mobile hospital available for a possible spike in serious cases.
