Jewish Federation wins communications award

The Jewish Federation of Delaware  has received an Award of Excellence in the 2019 APEX Awards in the Category of Campaign, Programs & Plans – Special Purpose, for its 2018-2019 Board & Leadership Manual.

APEX 2019 – the 31st annual awards program recognizing excellence in publishing by professional communications. Awards are based on excellence in graphic design, editorial content and the ability to achieve overall communications excellence.

A total of 1,278 entries were evaluated within 12 major categories including newsletters; magazines, journals, and tabloids; annual reports; print media; electronic media; social media; apps; websites; campaigns, programs and plans; writing; design and illustration; and one-of-a-kind publications.

Seth J. Katzen, chief executive officer of the Jewish Federation of Delaware stated, “The primary purpose of our Board & Leadership Manual was to inform and inspire our lay leadership who serve as proud ambassadors. We are honored to receive this special recognition as it reinforces how We Grow Stronger Together.”
