The New York Stock Exchange welcomed Chesapeake Utilities Corporation, Dover in celebration of the contributions of the company’s employees, its 12 straight years of earnings growth and total shareholder return, and more than  25 years of being listed on the NYSE.

 Over the last ten years, Chesapeake Utilities Corporation has invested over $1.38 billion in capital expenditures.  The Company has doubled in its size twice over the past decade.

  Since listing on the exchange in early 1993, the Company’s market capitalization has grown from $45 million to approximately $1.5 billion at recent stock prices.
