Recently appointed CEO, Jeff Householder was joined byChris Taylor, NYSE VP of Listings & Services, in ringing theOpening Bell. Junior Council, an employee with nearly 52 years at the company, participated in the bell ringing.

Over the last ten years, Chesapeake Utilities Corporation has invested over $1.38 billion in capital expenditures. The Company has doubled in its size twice over the past decade.

Since listing on the exchange in early 1993, the Company’s market capitalization has grown from $45 million to approximately $1.5 billion at recent stock prices.
