M. Davis and Sons, Inc. celebrated National Apprenticeship Week 2018 earlier this month by hosting local college and high school student with tours of their fabrication and manufacturing facilities.

The company boasts a team member apprenticeship enrollment of 101 students. That means 101 of our skilled tradespeople are currently enrolled the State of Delaware’s apprentice programs. More apprentices mean more trained employees.
M. Davis company president, John Gooden, led the tours each day to impress upon students the need for skilled tradespeople and careers in construction. John spoke to the students about the M. Davis commitment to safe work practices and training.
