Midnight Oil Brewing plans to open in October


Midnight Oil Brewing Co.  has announced  plans to open  in October.

The start-up craft brewer announced in March it had signed  a lease for space in the  Pencader office and industrial complex in  Glasgow. Pencader is located off Route 896.

The company’s website has featured photos of the delivery and installation of brewery equipment.

Delaware and the nation has seen a growing number of craft brewers. One of the nation’s 15 largest craft brewers, Dogfish Head, is based in Milton in Sussex County.

Northern Delaware has seen the opening of Dewpoint in Yorklyn, near Hockessin, with Bellefonte Brewing operating in the Prices Corner area.  Twin Lakes Brewing moved from Greenville to Newport.
