Lawrence Hamermesh joined the University of Pennsylvana Law School’s Institute for Law and Economics as executive director.
Hamermesh will remain the Ruby R. Vale Professor of Corporate and Business Law at Widener University’s Delaware campus and Director of the Widener Institute of Delaware Corporate and Business Law.
Hamermesh is a widely quoted source on corporate and business law.
Hamermesh received a B.A. from Haverford College in 1973, and a J.D. from Yale Law School in 1976.
