M&T adds four to commercial banking division

M&T Bank announced the appointments of four new team members to its commercial banking division in Delaware, which creates customized banking solutions for mid-to- large sized companies, not-for-profit entities and health care organizations in the state.

Brian Richards will serve as vice president and senior relationship manager for commercial banking in Delaware. He comes to M&T after a  12 year career with Citizens Bank.    He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Delaware and is currently a member of the Commercial Industrial Realty Council of New Castle County, Delaware.

Marty Carlino will serve as vice president and senior relationship manager for commercial banking in Delaware. He formerly served as the senior business banking relationship manager for Citizens Bank. He holds a master’s in finance from Wilmington University. Carlino is a board member at New Castle County Head Start and a finance committee member at West End Neighborhood House.

David Reiter will serve as vice president and portfolio manager for commercial banking in Delaware. He comes to M&T from Citizens Bank, and holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Chris Barrett will serve as associate relationship manager for commercial banking in Delaware. He formerly served as a compliance analyst for J.P. Morgan Chase, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Carolina.
