Associates Sworn-In December 2015 (in alphabetical order):

  • Ali H. Beidoun joins the Commercial Law Counseling group. Ali earned his J.D. (2014) from the University of Michigan Law School; and B.B.A. (2010) in finance from the University of Michigan.
  • Alexandra M. Cumings joins the Corporate & Business Litigation group. Ali earned her J.D. (2015) summa cum laude from The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law; and B.A. (2012) cum laude in philosophy from Clemson University.
  • Mirco Haag joins the Intellectual Property Litigation group. Mirco earned his J.D. (2015) from Boston University School of Law; M.B.A. (2015) from Boston University; and B.S. (2009) in international political economy, with a minor in international business diplomacy from Georgetown University.
  • Marcy J. McLaughlin joins the Business Reorganization & Restructuring group. Marcy earned her J.D. (2015) magna cum laude from The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law; and B.A. (2012) summa cum laude in economics from Lycoming College.
  • Kyle A. Pinder joins the Delaware Corporate Counseling group. Kyle earned his J.D. (2015) magna cum laude, Order of the Coif from Villanova University School of Law; and B.A. (2012) in history, with a minor in economics from the University of Delaware.
  • Dean J. Shauger joins the Corporate & Business Litigation group. DJ earned his J.D. (2015) magna cum laude, Order of the Coif from Villanova University School of Law; and B.A. (2012) summa cum laude in English from Christian Brothers University.

In addition to this news, two attorneys, Barnaby Grzaslewicz and Glenn McGillivray, joined Morris Nichols as associates after completing judicial clerkships. Both were previously admitted to the Delaware bar.

  • Barnaby Grzaslewicz joins the Commercial Law Counseling group. Prior to joining Morris Nichols, he served as a Law Clerk to The Honorable Robert B. Young of the Superior Court of Delaware.  Barnaby earned his J.D. (2014) magna cum laude, Order of the Coif from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law; and B.A. (2009) in comparative literature from Oberlin College.
  • Glenn R. McGillivray joins the Corporate & Business Litigation group. Prior to joining Morris Nichols, he served as a Law Clerk to The Honorable Richard G. Andrews of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.  Glenn earned his J.D. (2014) magna cum laude, Order of the Coif from Villanova University School of Law; and B.A. (2011) magna cum laude in English from Villanova University.
