Auto repair shop building on Concord Pike goes for $1.08 million

3805 Concord PikePatterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International, Wilmington, announced   the sale of a 2,400 square-foot auto repair building  at 3805 Concord Pike in north Wilmington.

The property was sold by C & J Commercial, LLC  to Half Acre Cap, LLC of Delaware for $1.08 million.

Charles Woods,  principal at Patterson-Woods, represented the buyer in this transaction. Long & Foster represented the seller.

The property was formerly a four-bay auto repair shop.

Patterson-Woods noted that the Concord Pike area  is a popular area with retail centers lining the road from Wilmington to the Pennsylvania border.

“It is unknown what the buyer intends to use this property for,” said Woods. “Concord Pike remains the premier location for commercial ventures.”
