From Friday, February 20 until Sunday, March 1, Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant will feature its award winning Russian Imperial Stout and a selection of steaks that complement the beer.
Each of Wilmington-based Iron Hill’s 11 locations will prepare and serve a menu of steaks to serve alongside the beer. Also, for the first time, Iron Hill will release Russian Imperial Stout in 16-oz. Cans, available in four-packs at $22 each to go or $8 per can.
“Russian Imperial Stout earned its first medal in 2003, and 12 years later, it continues to proudly represent our talented brewers thanks to its peerless flavor and their relentless commitment to quality,” says director of brewing operations and owner Mark Edelson. “Nothing sounds better to me on a frozen winter’s night than a hearty steak dinner and a full-bodied stout, and that’s exactly what we’ll be serving in honor of Russian Imperial Stout’s continued dominance.”
Iron Hill’s chefs will prepare and serve an expanded steak menu, including: New York Strip Steak au Poivre; Bacon-Wrapped Filet Mignon; Char-Grilled Ribeye Steak; Steak and Fries, char-grilled flank steak with wedge fries, and Petite Filet Mignons.
