Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop has opened its 100th restaurant in Laughlin, Nev. at the Edgewater Casino.
While the company has its largest group of stores in the Las Vegas area, it is the first store in the gaming town at the southern tip of the state.
The company has seen recent openings in Washington D.C., Texas, Massachusetts and southern California. The Massachusetts location is in New Bedford. The other location is Foxboro.
