Securefact Transaction Services, Inc. (“Securefact”), the leading Canadian provider of public records based risk management, security registration and KYC services, announced  it has  entered into a comprehensive co-marketing and services agreement with Corporation Service Company (CSC) of Wilmington.

Under the agreement, CSC will market and use Securefact’s Canadian corporate and lending transaction services to its  customer base of U.S. law firms and others.

Similarly, Securefact will market and use CSC’s registered agent and related services to its Canadian enterprise and banking customers. This agreement enables both firms to provide their customers with a seamless North America-wide solution, a release stated.

“In today’s increasingly regulated and competitive financial services and corporate transaction environment, Securefact and CSC have effectively erased the U.S./Canada border for lending and corporate transactions. Lenders and lawyers can now enjoy the benefits of higher efficiency and ease-of-use when transacting cross-border business,” stated Gabor Horvath, president of Securefact.

Corporation Service Company is a privately held business and legal services organization. Founded in 1899, CSC has more than 1,800 employees throughout North America, Europe, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region.
