A new Handyman Matters franchise arrived in New Castle County last month under the ownership of Keith Orr Handyman Matters offers interior and exterior home repairs and remodeling.
After 24 years of active duty service in the U.S. Army, Orr recently retired and has moved his family back to his home state of Delaware. He has been an infantryman since he graduated from Glasgow High School in 1989 and has served in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Hawaii in addition to numerous deployments worldwide.

Handyman Matters of Northern Delaware will sponsor the 1st Annual “Cancer *B* Ware” 5k run on November 10, 2013.
