M&T names Eyster to head agribusiness lending area

M&T Bank has appointed John Eyster to lead M&T’s agriculture business across the bank’s footprint. 

In his new role, Eyster will lead a team of nine relationship managers in the Agribusiness Division to offer solutions for clients’ current and future financing needs, including the following specialists in Delaware and the Eastern Shore of Maryland:

  • Keith Atkins, Hybrid Agribusiness Specialist
  •  Rob Bunting, Senior Agribusiness Development Officer
  • Steve Loughren, Jr., Hybrid Agribusiness Specialist

The Agribusiness Division at M&T Bank offers  specialized lending solutions, including farm real estate loans, farm equipment loans, working capital lines of credit, loan limits and more to support the vision, hard work and innovation of America’s agriculture businesses.

“Our team personally understands the importance of connecting agribusiness owners with the right financing products to support their business’ needs,” says Eyster. “When clients come to us with details about their business and lending needs, our team expertly matches them with a line of credit, loan or mortgage option.”

Eyster has been with M&T since 1988 and oversees the business banking function as administrative vice president for the bank in Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, and Blair Counties, in addition to the Greater Pittsburgh area.
