Musical acts have also been booked, including bluegrass, mariachi, and steel drum bands.

A petting zoo, monster trucks, and wrestling round out the attractions.

Speedway Motorsports, which bought Dover from a company owned by the founding Rollins family, has been working to lure fans, including families to the track and its once-a-year NASCAR weekend. Deep discounts are offered for children attending the races.

Attendance for races at the Monster Mile is less than half of its peak attendance when the track was by far the largest city in Delaware. Seating has been removed over the years and the track is now capable of handling about 55,000 fans. The second NASCAR weekend was moved to Nashville in 2021.
