Clatworthy named president of board of ATM trade group

John Clatworthy was named president of the board of ATMIA, an organization representing the automatic teller machine industry. Clatworthy is Senior Vice President, Chief Customer & Strategy Officer at Cash Connect , a division of WSFS Bank.

Cash Connect is a   provider of ATM vault cash and related services in the United States. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services field.

Olbrecht named to Chair post at Nemours

Olbrecht

Nemours Children’s Health announced today that Vanessa A. Olbrecht, MD, MBA, FASA, will serve as Chair of Anesthesia and Perioperative Medicine for Nemours Children’s Health, Delaware Valley. 

Olbrecht will provide strategic leadership while also driving the creation of transformational research and pursuing excellence in quality, safety and improvement measures. In addition, she will focus on academic training as well as retaining and recruiting top talent, a release stated..

Olbrecht has researched the use of biofeedback-based virtual reality (VR) for pain management, which recently garnered more than $1.1 million in public and private funding.

Huege

Huege was named to memory care post at ChristianaCare

Steven Huege , has been named The Swank Foundation Endowed Chair in Memory Care and Geriatrics at ChristianaCare. 

The chair is made possible by a $2.5 million gift from the Swank Foundation which is dedicated to transforming care for people with memory issues.

Huege will lead ChristianaCare’s Swank Center for Memory Care and Geriatric Consultation, a  resource in Delaware and the region for patients with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory disorders, 

At the Swank Memory Care Center, a team that includes geriatricians, nurses, social workers and others, the staff works with patients and families to provide support, education and guidance from diagnosis through treatment. His research has focused on long-term care for people with memory disorders and the education of medical professionals about memory care and geriatric mental health.

Populaton health VP named at ChristianaCare

Antenucci

Donna Antenucci has been appointed vice president of Population Health Operations for ChristianaCare.

Antenucci implements population health strategy and programming and leads its related operations, including network development, contract management, clinician engagement, quality and regulatory affairs, and risk coding. 

She also oversees the operations functions of the Population Health analytics and informatics teams on population health-focused activity. She serves as the executive director of ChristianaCare Clinical Alliance and eBrightHealth ACO.

Antenucci previously worked as senior vice president of clinically integrated network operations and president of the Virtua Integrated Network, part of Virtua Health. In this role, 

Silverstein

Silverman named VP at Walmart Health

Ken Silverstein, MD has been named   Vice President, Clinical Operations for Walmart Health. The unit is adding healthcare centers in Florida and other states.

He will oversee all of Walmart Health’s clinical operations in nearly 50 locations.. 

Silverstein spent nearly 20 years ChristianaCare in posts that included  Chief Physician Executive, Chief Clinical Officer, and Chief Medical Officer.

DSU names registrar

Delaware State University has named Dr. Genita Mangum as the institution’s new Registrar.

In her new leadership role overseeing the University’s Office of Records and Registration,   Mangum succeeds Jackie Brockington, who unexpectedly passed away on Dec. 23.

Mangum comes to DSU after serving as the Registrar for Harrisburg Area Community College in Pennsylvania from 2014-2023. During that period, she was also the interim dean of enrollment management for the last seven months of 2015. 

She began her career as the Coordinator, Minority Affairs, and Admissions Specialist at Tunxis Community College in Farmington, CT, from 2005 to 2011.

Safety Council board member named

Delaware Safety Council announces the election of a new Board Member, Adam Hamby.

Adam is the President of American Seaboard Exteriors, Inc. 
American Seaboard was founded in 1977 and provides commercial building preventative maintenance and reparative services in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.

Arts Alliance welcomes board members

The Delaware Arts Alliance welcomed four members to its Board of Directors.

Anastasia Jackson serves as the Kent County regional business manager for the Delaware Division of Small Business. 

Ashley Foster has 20+ years of experience in strategic HR leadership across diverse industries. She currently serves as Senior vice president and chief People Officer at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes.

Matt Silva is the Executive and Artistic Director of Delaware Theatre Company and  has served as Artistic Director at Endstation Theatre Company.

Scott Thomas  since 2007 has served as Executive Director of Southern Delaware Tourism, the Destination Marketing Organization for Sussex County, Delaware. In addition, he serves on the board of directors for the Sussex Economic Development Action Committee and more.
