After a busy travel day, President Joe Biden is expected to arrive Friday night for a President’s Day Weekend at the family home near Rehoboth Beach.

On Friday, the president traveled to the site of the Norfolk and Western derailment in Ohio and made remarks on the response to the disaster and the role of the railroad.

The administration has come under fire for its response to the incident that sent chemicals into the air in East Palestine, Ohio near the Pennsylvania border. Norfolk and Western has been criticized for putting efficiency ahead of safety, a charge the carrier denies. Air Force One flew into Pittsburgh with Biden then heading to the Ohio community.

On Friday night, Air Force One is slated to fly to Dover Air Force Base. From there, Biden will travel by a Marine One helicopter to a landing pad in the state park near his home.
