State Police are looking for possible victims in a case involving the operator of an unlicensed massage parlor in the Lewes area.

Earlier, a Lewes man was indicted for charges stemming from multiple instances of unlawful sexual conduct at his establishment. On December 11, Robert Leech, 50, was indicted on eight counts of Unlawful Sexual Contact 3rd Degree and one count of Operating Without a Massage Establishment License in Sussex County Superior Court.

It followed an investigation into reports from four separate victims reported unlawful touching during massages received in the unlicensed massage establishment operated out of a shed on Leech’s property between 2020 and 2023.

Anyone who received or knows someone who received a massage at Fusion Massage and Wellness in Lewes, Delaware and who was inappropriately touched by Leech, is asked to contact Detective Dustin Yencer of the Delaware State Police, Troop 4, at (302) 856-5850.

The indictment was secured by Deputy Attorney General Caroline Brittingham following an investigation led by the Delaware State Police, Troop 4.
