Reybold Group, a multigenerational real estate company specializing in residential communities and commercial properties, unveiled plans for the Pencader Corporate Center, south of Newark.
This new 17.25-acre development is part of Reybold Group’s expansion from its residential real estate portfolio to a blend of retail, office, and community spaces.
When complete, Pencader Corporate Center will feature three buildings:
- A 5,500-square-foot Wawa convenience store with eight Multiple Product Dispensers (MPDs) that officially opened on, Dec. 15.
- A 10,000-square-foot, locally owned and operated early education center, Great New Beginnings, set to open Fall 2024
- A 12,000-square-foot retail center, with interest already shown by a diverse mix of retailers, a release stated.
The commercial center is near the Pencader, logistics and office area that employs thousands.
