Sila Services, LLC has acquired Burns & McBride Home Comfort, New Castle.
Founded in 1949, Burns & McBride provides heating and cooling services to residential customers in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Terms of the sale were not announced.

Sila Services operates 23 brands across 30 locations throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest.
The company is owned by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners after being sold by another private equity firm that used Sila as a “roll-up” that acquired home comfort companies which are typically smaller family-owned businesses.
Delaware is also the home of Horizon Services, a private equity-owned home comfort and plumbing company that is based near Newark and now operates in seven metropolitan areas.
