The commercial real estate firm CBRE has been appointed as the exclusive agency to oversee the marketing and sale of One Reads Way, a Class A office property in New Castle Corporate Commons.
The 64,126 square-foot., two-story office building is in an area with office complexes near Wilmington Airport (formerly New Castle Airport)
The CBRE team of Dan Reeder, John Kaczowka, and Brian Hopkins will spearhead the marketing campaign on behalf of ownership.
“One Reads Way is an incredible opportunity to own a Class A suburban office property in New Castle which could be redeveloped into multiple uses from office and lab space to potentially multifamily apartments,” said Reeder. “The property is located in the heart of a thriving business community in a highly visible location. Currently, the property is fully occupied by Christiana Care Health Services, who is consolidating their operations and will vacate the building in June of 2024.”
