The commercial real estate firm CBRE has been appointed as the exclusive agency to oversee the marketing and sale of One Reads Way, a Class A office property in New Castle Corporate Commons.
The 64,126 square-foot., two-story office building is in an area with office complexes near Wilmington Airport (formerly New Castle Airport)
The CBRE team of Dan Reeder, John Kaczowka, and Brian Hopkins will spearhead the marketing campaign on behalf of ownership.
