Kelly Jeter, Advisor, and John McClellan, senior advisors of The McClellan Team at SVN Miller Commercial Real Estate, have completed the leasing of Peterson Drive in Seaford.
McClellan and Jeter represent Kent Peterson of Park Venture East LLC, which owns the new building at the end of Venture Drive. The property is near the FedEx distribution facility.
Kent’s building currently consists of three buildings for a total of 21,500 square foot. Construction was recently completed on a free-standing, 9,000 SF high bay warehouse. New leases with Shentel high-speed internet and Go Glass were secured immediately after the owner received an occupancy certificate.
Shentel) leased 6,000 square feet of warehouse space and 15,000 square feet of adjacent outdoor storage space. Shentel offers internet, television, and phone services and is expanding in the Sussex market and across Delmarva.
The McClellan team was able to bring a new business to the Seaford area. Go Glass leased the remaining unit for their commercial glass division.
Peterson will continue to develop the East Park Business Center with plans for another 7,500 square feet and 5,000 square feet of warehouses.
