The Delaware Kids Fund’s Operation Warm Newport campout has been postponed until Nov. 18 due to prospects for windy and rainy weather on the original date, Nov. 11.
Heavy rains, winds, potential thunderstorms, and potential flooding are in the forecast.
The event provides hundreds of new coats to struggling neighborhoods.
