New Castle County Police are searching for 59-year-old Perren Davis of Wilmington in connection with home improvement fraud charges.
Davis is the subject of an arrest warrant for actions at Winterset Farms, a mobile home community on the northern edge of the state.
Based on findings, there is reason to suspect that additional victims have not yet come forward, a release stated.
Davis is believed to be working in both Delaware and Pennsylvania. As of this time, his whereabouts are unknown.
Details rearding the fraud case were not disclosed.
