MySherpa is marking its 20th anniversary.

.”When you begin any kind of services firm, the successes of your first customers are the foundation that will hold your company steady through growth and expansion in the years ahead,”  said Greg Gurev, head Sherpa at MySherpa. “MySherpa will always stand by the notion that being a great business partner consists of a deep understanding of their business and holding ourselves accountable to the results we plan together. Accountability for outcomes as their IT guides is most important to our clients. It’s what makes MySherpa unique and has remained true for 20 years.”

MySherpa is based in Pike Creek.

MySherpa’s services range from day-to-day helpdesk troubleshooting of software, networks, communications through IT security and strategic planning and integration of acquisitions.

A mid-sized medical organization, for example, chose MySherpa to upgrade and manage its IT infrastructure, which hosts electronic health records and practice management systems.

MySherpa’s latest project is the IT buildout for a new ambulatory cardiac center.

EDiS Construction Managers, a fifth-generation family-owned company, chose  MySherpa to build a path to sustainable operations and technology.

EDiS Vice President and fifth-generation family member Andrew DiSabatino III had a destination in mind when he approached MySherpa for support.

“We hired MySherpa in my early days as an eager Project Manager at EDiS,” said DiSabatino. “I was looking for IT Services with a consultant who could do three things. First, manage our IT systems to the result we were looking for, seamlessly. Second, help us define our IT budget a year or two in advance, which is unheard of in the Construction Management industry. And lastly, to create an environment where the technology was just another good reason to work for EDiS. MySherpa continues to deliver on these and much more as a trusted member of the EDiS family.”

The company now has a  team of 22 Sherpas.

“Being a Sherpa is more than a job to our team. They want to make a positive impact with everyone they interact with – whether that’s a client or the larger community – and encourage them to strive for their own personal altitude,” said Gurev.

MySherpa dedicates time and resources to communities in Delaware and the greater Philadelphia area that will benefit from their services.

The Ronald McDonald House, The Delaware Kids Fund, Operation Warm Newport, and several schools, museums, and childcare providers are a few examples of their efforts.

MySherpa is the recipient of numerous awards and accolades as well, such as the globally ranked 2021 MSP 501 Award for Top IT Service Provider, the Superstars of Business Award, the 2021 Channel Futures Winner in Top Global Managed Services, the MSP Mentor Award, and the Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace Silver Award.
