Rehoboth Beach-based Schell Brothers have set up shop in the Nashville area.
The home-building firm has opened an office in Hendersonville, TN outside the music capital.
Nashville is one of the fastest-growing housing markets in the nation, thanks to a diversified economy, low taxes, and entertainment options.

Schell had previously set up shop in Richmond VA after growing rapidly in coastal Sussex County, thanks in large part to the influx of older residents attracted to Delaware’s low property tax rate and the lack of a sales tax.
Schell is also involved in apartment ventures in the Richmond area.
The family owned company has focused on a “happiness” formula that puts the happiness of customers and employees ahead of other priorities.
Over the holidays, the company went so far as to set up its own holiday village near Rehoboth after existing an existing display that needed more land to reduce congestion along Coastal Highway.
An affiliate, Ocean Atlantic Companies, is also involved in apartment, residential and commercial development, and real estate brokerage in Delaware.
