Bank of America has opened a Main Street-Newark Advanced Center that uses teleconferencing measures.
The center, the first of its kind in Delaware, is located at 148 E. Main Street.
The office is one of six centers in Delaware, in addition to 31 ATMs in the state.
TheAdvanced Center features a video concierge who directs clients to a dedicated room where they can have private, secure conversations with a banking specialist via videoconference. The specialists can provide personalized guidance to meet each client’s needs across banking, lending and investing.
Clients can complete routine transactions via ATMs equipped with ibill denomination selection, ability to make credit card payments, and cardl-free access to accounts using a mobile device.
