Blue Blaze completes first phase of strategic marketing plan

Blue Blaze Associates announces completion of the first phase of a comprehensive multi-channel strategic marketing plan and digital transformation for White Horse Village, an active senior living community in Newtown Square, PA.

Services provided so far include a brand refresh, a website redesign, COVID-19 communications, and redesign of print materials.

The  website features  360° virtual tours and downloadable sales materials.

Launched in late February, the virtual tours have served as a critical resource to the White Horse Sales Team during the coronavirus pandemic.

While campus closures hindered sales teams at other senior living communities across the country, White Horse Village sales counselors have been able to continue engagement with potential residents by using virtual video tours.

“We thank Blue Blaze Associates for creating such a visually appealing and high functioning website,” comments Susan Abtouche, vice president of Mission Enhancement at White Horse Village. “We valued the collaborative process as their team spent many hours with our residents and team members to capture the essence of our culture and design marketing materials and website that accurately reflects who we are.”

Blue Blaze guided White Horse Village through a brand refresh to update the 30-year-old logo.

The second phase of the layered and multi-channel marketing plan is now underway. Blue Blaze is working closely with White Horse Village on new initiatives, including buyer journey mapping and persona development, marketing automation solutions, advertising and media management, search engine optimization (SEO), social media strategy, and public relations services.

Blue Blaze Associates collaborates with clients to build memorable brands and customized marketing solutions that deliver measurable results.
