Delaware State Police identified Kathryn E. West, 31 of Seaford, as an employee of the Bay to the Beach Builders that was struck in a collision that occurred on Sunday, July 21 in Greenwood.
West was initially transported by ambulance to the Nanticoke Memorial Hospital with serious injuries. She was later airlifted to the Christiana Hospital where she remained in critical condition until she died of her injuries on Sunday.
West was working in a commercial building in Greenwood, which was struck by a Tesla that went out of control.
