Capano Management announced its newly constructed 60,000 square foot Little Falls office building is fully leased.

Certara, a  leader in helping pharmaceutical companies develop new drugs and treatments, leased the remaining 20,000 square feet. Certara will join Bank of America in filling out the 60,000 square feet of Class A office space at the intersection of Route 48 and Centerville Road outside of Wilmington.

“This is a brand-new, Class-A office building in a location that offers great accessibility for employees and clients alike,” said Louis Capano III.  “Little Falls provides flexibility for companies and their employees to easily serve their customers in an area that is also already recognized as a business hub.”

The office leasing market has been strong in the Little Falls area, which is home to the new global headquarters of business services company, CSC.

“Two long-term leases from global leaders in their respective industries further strengthens the Delaware economy,” said Capano. “We’re excited to have them as a tenant and have the space secured well into the future.”

Capano Management develops distinctive office space, retail destinations, and multi-family housing and residential communities in Delaware and Florida. Interests also include two construction divisions and hospitality businesses.

The company was founded in 1947.
