Active Adults Realty announces promotions

Active Adults Realty, Lewes,  announced two staff promotions to senior management positions.

She has been promoted to the position of Operations Manager.  Robinson is responsible for managing all the resources of the brokerage, the partners and associates in support of the buyer and seller clients as well as the agents.

Audrey Hammond has been promoted to the key position of Sales Manager. On a day-to-day basis, Hammond provides leadership, timely handling of new leads and assurance that all clients receive the care and attention they deserve.

Diamond State Financial Group names Shaver Senior Partner

Joshua Shaver, CFP, ChFC, has been named senior partner with Diamond State Financial Group, Newark.

Shaver is a Managing Director and Financial Advisor at Diamond State Financial Group.  As a Managing Director, he trains and mentors advisors in the early stages of their career.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He has also obtained a Certificate in Financial Planning from the University of Delaware’s Professional and Continuing Studies.

SoDel Concepts names Cunningham executive chef

SoDel Concepts announced that Ryan Cunningham joined the company as the executive chef at The Clubhouse at Baywood in Millsboro.

Cunningham received a degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island. He’s worked with some of the leading chefs and cutting-edge restaurateurs in Sussex County.

Buscemi named communications manager at County Chamber

Joe Buscemi has been named  Communications Manager at the New Castle County  Chamber of Commerce, Wilmington.

He will be responsible for spreading member news via our social media pages, blog, and through the organization’s weekly email report.

Smith earns sales representative designation

Arthur Hall Insurance, West Chester,  announced that Ashley Smith achieved the professional Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.

Certified Insurance Service Representatives are required to successfully complete five courses and examinations in the areas of personal and commercial insurance and agency operations.
