Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop marked its 25thanniversary in Las Vegas last week.

The company briefly offered its Bobbie sandwich for $4. The Bobbie features fresh-roasted turkey, cranberries, and stuffing and brought national acclaim to Capriotti’s.

Lois, who died last year and her brother Alan founded the chain in Wilmington’s Little Italy neighborhood and gradually added locations in Delaware.

“We are thrilled to be celebrating 25 years in our home market.
