Two Stones Pub plans to open its sixth location at 840 Kohl Avenue in Hedgelawn Plaza, Middletown late this year.
The lease includes 4,766 square feet of space with an additional outdoor patio space of 648 square feet. Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International Principal, Joseph Latina, represented Two Stone.
Two Stones opened its first location near Newark in 2011.
Their other locations include north Wilmington and Hockessin in Delaware and Jennersville and Kennett Square in Pennsylvania.
Two Stones Pubs have a wide variety of craft beer and upscale twists on traditional pub fare.
In 2015, Two Stones launched its own brewery, 2SP Brewing Company, in Aston, PA.
The put and brewing group had identified Middletown as a strong growth market for their brand and has been actively looking for a location, Patterson-Woods noted.
“They feel that the strategically located Hedgelawn Plaza with its high visibility, easy access off the new Route 301 Bypass Road and centralized location amongst the flourishing development of retail and multi-family is the perfect fit,” a Patterson-Woods release stated.
The Middletown location will have seating for 200 guests indoors in addition to a 40-seat outdoor patio. The pub is slated to open by the end of 2018.
Latina, a retail and investment specialist with an emphasis in food and beverage, has been the exclusive tenant broker for Two Stones Pub since 2011.
