Delaware State Police arrested John Ottolini, 37, of Lewes in connection with a Rehoboth Beach restaurant burglary.
On Feb. 15, troopers were dispatched to Agave at 19178 Coastal Highway outside of Rehoboth Beach.
When troopers arrived, they learned that the suspect gained entry through an unlocked door. Once inside, the suspect removed money, alcohol, and keys to a Ford Transit van from the restaurant. The suspect left the restaurant and took the van. Troopers recovered the van the next day. The investigation led detectives to identify Ottolini as the suspect.
On March 27, Ottolini was arrested and taken to Troop 4, where he was charged. He was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 2, and released on his own recognizance.
