DSM Commercial, Newark and Charles D. Cantera & Associates have secured agreements with three new users, Aldi, Express Care and Dos Locos Fajita & Stonegrill Restaurant at Simons Corner Shopping Center, located at 300 Jimmy Drive, Smyrna.
Jim Tancredi, of DSM Commercial, represented the landlord in all three deals; Jason Bock of MSC represented the Aldi and Henry Deford of Mackenzie Real Estate represented Express Care.
Express Care, an urgent care center, has tentative plans to open their doors to the public on June 1. A projected opening date for Aldi and Dos Locos has not yet been established. Other tenants are:

- US Male
- The Right Bottle
- The Celtic Pub
- Little Caesars’
- ChecknGo
Along with new tenants, a 30,000 square foot proposed retail strip expansion is being planned for 2019.
