New Castle CPA firm Rowland, Johnson to merge with Pennsylvania practice

Maillie LLP announced a merger with New Castle-based CPA firm Rowland, Johnson and Company.

Maillie LLP was founded in 1946 and provides accounting, attestation, tax and financial consulting services for closely held private businesses, non-profit organizations, governmental entities, retirement plans, individuals, estates and trusts. The firm also has clients in construction, real estate, manufacturing, auto dealership, professional services, and technology industries.

Rowland, Johnson & Company, P.A. was founded in 1986. The firm offers accounting, auditing, tax, and consulting services to both business and individual clients. The firm also has experience with closely-held businesses.
