At the entrance to North East Station, the new 40,000-square- foot Cecil County Public Library is being built and expected to open in late 2019. It will be the county’s busiest library, featuring expanded small business and childhood learning centers.

“We expect that both the Amazon distribution center and the new library will draw significant traffic to the shopping center,” said Klein.

Over four generations, Baltimore-based Klein Enterprises has grown from a single department store to more than 3 million square feet of commercial and residential properties.
