The family owned store made the announcement on its Facebook Page.

Orders or worked not picked up can be obtained after that time at the family-owned company’s New Castle store on New Castle Avenue.

Middletown Hardware’ operated downtown but faced competition from both Home Depot and Lowe’s locations in the fast-growing community in southern New Castle County.
