Longtime bowling alley in Salisbury sold

cherokeelanesChris Davis, Senior Advisor with SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate recently brokered the sale of Cherokee Lanes in Salisbury, MD.

The client Cherokee Inc. owned and operated the 20 lane bowling alley for the last 27 years before selling to the buyer Southbound Alley LLC, represented by Matthew Trader of Rinnier Development Company. The property  sold for $1.15 million and the new owners have plans for  future renovations.

The bowling alley will be renamed from Cherokee Lanes to SouthBound Alley, and in mid-2017 owners plan to remodel the facility and add a new full-service restaurant and bar.
