Dover store clerk charged with firing gun after dispute with customer

Dover Police kvR3lzvkarrested a store clerk after he reportedly  fired a handgun following an argument with a customer.

At approximately 8:55  a.m., a 39-year-old man  entered the Fulton Deli.  While inside, the victim and the clerk, ientified as Mahyoub Ali, 58 argued over spilled coffede.

The victim left the store but was followed by Ali.  Once the victim and Ali were outdoors, Ali fired one shot into the air, near the victim.  Ali was later arrested without incident and charged with the following
-Reckless Endangering
-Aggravated Menacing
-Possession of a Firearm During Commission of a Felony.

Bond information was not immediately available.
