Corporation Service Co. is acquiring a Hong Kong-based incorporation firm as it continues a global expansion.

And by joining together, we will be able to offer more services to our local clients, as well expand our offerings to clients in North America, Europe, and Australia.”
The acquisition offers a platform for CSC’s continued growth in the Asia-Pacific region.
CSC has offices located throughout North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.
The privately held company recently broke ground for a new headquarters in the Little Falls area west of Wilmington.
The company has more than 2,200 employees, with less than half based in Delaware.
