The law firm of LeClairRyan has expanded into Delaware, opening a Wilmington office under the leadership of partner Andrew Cole.
With the new location in Wilmington, LeClairRyan now has offices in 14 states and the District of Columbia. The firm has approximately 380 attorneys nationwide.
“The opening of the office in Delaware is the latest example of LeClairRyan’s focus on continued growth to meet the needs of our clients,” said CEO David C. Freinberg. “We are actively looking to add talented attorneys and professional staff in Wilmington and other markets across the country in support of that goal.”
Cole practices primarily in the areas of business bankruptcy, corporate and commercial litigation, corporate governance, and business transactions. Prior to joining LeClairRyan, he practiced in the Baltimore and Wilmington offices of Franklin & Prokopik.
“I am looking forward to expanding my practice in Delaware and assisting clients that have specific needs that only can be addressed by a Delaware-based attorney,” said Cole. “I am also excited about the opportunity to work with the firm’s leadership on the continued growth and development of the Wilmington office.”
